SHIPPING/DELIVERY
All our products are digital products such as ebooks/pdf files/pre-recorded videos. So we deliver it to your email address once you make a successful payment for any products.
Usually, you will receive your digital product via email within minutes after making payment. However, it can take up to 12 hours in some circumstances such as technical failures/errors.
In the event that anyone makes a duplicate or double payment for the same products, please reach out to us at our email provided on the contact us page. Your duplicate payment will be refunded via the same channel you made the payment within 48 hours after verification.
If you buy our course and face any issues, you can seek guidance/support by contacting us at help.techtrickhub@gmail.store. We will provide support to our students for 30 days over email after enrolling in any course.
However, if students show any disrespect to our trainers/coaches or use abusive language or slangs, we reserve the right to suspend your 30-day email support period, and you will not receive any further replies from us.
Since we offer only digital products that are delivered immediately after making payment to your email, you cannot cancel your order once placed.
